For all purchases made through our site:

Shipping expenses are non-refundable, unless a mistake was made in the original shipment to you.

Return shipments must include a copy of your original receipt/order so we can process your request.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

ICEHOLE LLC uses UPS Ground service on all COOLER shipments unless otherwise noted by the customer, and USPS for component-only orders. Please allow 3-7 BUSINESS days for your order to arrive based on your location and which product(s) you choose.
